Office Secretary Administrator £22,000 Pro rata
We are a small but busy and friendly Same day & Next Day delivery company and due to continued expansion we are looking for extra office help.
We have offices in Maidstone and Sutton Valence and we looking for people who can help continue to drive the business forward.
The duties will be varied and will involve speaking with customers on the phone, working out job prices, working with social media and administration as well as many other duties. You will need to be helpful, well spoken, numerate, honest, reliable, hardworking, have good PC skills and be able to work quickly and accurately and have a “can do” attitude. You will also need to be able to work on your own as well as part of our friendly team and have a sense of humour. Having a good geographical knowledge would be a distinct advantage, as would experience within the Sales, Social Media and the Delivery industry.
We are offering the post initially as a part time position, flexible within the hours of 7.00am – 7.00pm and it could turn into full time role in the future. We can be flexible with the days and hours worked as it is more about the right people who can fit in with our team.
